Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your Stay Scented experience without delay.

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after being placed. During high-volume periods, please allow extra time for processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or additional charges that result from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your package is in the custody of the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility transfer to the carrier.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once tracking shows the order as “Delivered” or “In Transit.”

If your order is missing, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directlyto open a claim using your tracking number.

We’ll do our best to assist you in the process, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for issues caused by the carrier or theft after delivery.

 

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, carrier issues, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

 

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you for an updated address. Reshipment will incur an additional shipping fee.

 

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
