l sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at westayscented@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. In such cases, we’ll promptly review your claim and make it right through a replacement or store credit when applicable.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or any items purchased on sale or with a discount code.
